Scott Energy COVID-19 Safety Response Update

As you are well aware, the coronavirus pandemic is still a concern across the globe. Like we said this past spring, we are following guidelines set by the CDC and local government officials to continue to keep the members of our Scott Energy family and community safe and healthy.

As the ever-busy winter season draws near, we’d like to reiterate our current policies:

  • We’re still out on the road delivering fuel. Your home heating fuel and propane needs haven’t changed just because the rest of the world has – we get that! Beyond your family’s safety and the well-being of our team members, delivering the first-rate service we’re known for is still our top priority. If you think you are using more fuel because family members are home more now than in the past, please let us know so we can adjust your delivery schedule.
  • 24-hour emergency service is always available. We are still providing our round-the-clock emergency services to all our customers! As is the standard, we’ll just be wearing a mask and keeping a safe distance when we answer your call.  
  • We’re here for you. Speaking of calls, we are continuing to answer them (as well as any questions you may have) 24 hours a day.
  • Regular service continues with precautions. We’re doing our best to do our job safely and effectively, and so we need a little help from you! When you have a service appointment, we ask that you minimize any interactions with our team. Please keep a safe distance away and, if possible, arrange for an alternative point of entry for our technician to use, like a bulkhead or basement door.
