To Our Valued Customers,

As you are aware, the COVID-19 pandemic is continuing to spread and cause significant disruption to everyone’s lives personally, professionally and financially. We have been closely following the information being provided by the CDC as well as federal and state officials.

Here at Scott Energy, our greatest concern is for the health of our customers and our employee team. For that reason, we have decided to limit the scope of our operations for the present time to ensure we do everything possible to blunt the spread of the disease and protect us all.

Be assured, we will continue to make fuel deliveries and are here to respond to all emergency service calls 24 hours per day. Effective immediately, our office staff will be working remotely, and we will not be scheduling non-emergency work such as tune-ups and installations.

Phones will be answered 24 hours per day

Service department personnel will respond to emergency calls as usual

Oil and Propane deliveries will continue normally

We will not be leaving a delivery ticket

Our regular billing process will continue, and you can make payments multiple ways

Office will be closed, but our team will be available to respond to messages and answer any questions

Here’s how you can help us:

  • If we make a fuel delivery to your property, please do not interact with the driver
  • If you have a service call, please keep a safe distance away from our technician
  • If possible, arrange access through a bulkhead or basement door so our technician does not have to enter the home

While we implement these changes for everyone’s protection, please understand that our commitment to you as a customer remains the same. The entire Scott Energy team is here to help you and will be available at all times.
